Order cancellation and return is applicable before the dispatch or in case of any manufacturing defects only. Once the order is dispatched, it will not be applicable for return, refund or cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

The company reserve the right to accept, refuse or cancel the order if found not in order or any suspicious activity. Any Reward Point or Promo Code used for placing the order shall be restored in case of order cancellation.

Shipping Policy

We ship/dispatch the order within India though courier and Indian Post after receiving 100% payments. Shipping charges is applicable depending upon the distance and mode of shipment selected. Once the dispatch is done, docket number is shared with the buyer for tracking purpose. Delivery period is between 5 to 7 working days after the date of dispatch. In case of remote areas, natural calamities, public holidays, the delivery period will be few days more than the said period.

Dispute
